No, not bubba'd. It's really out on my deck.

But it does have some accessories that you won't find everyday on the average Romanian. I finally found an original Romanian sling without having to sacrifice my first born. So, here's my '58 with the leather sling, oiler, and detachable grenade launcher.








A few months ago, this unusual grenade launcher was introduced in a thread on SKS Boards, and not long afterward, it appeared on Gunbroker for strong money. But I had to have it!

This rare attachment does not show up very often at all. In research, I found out that they came in a shipment of Romanian SKS's with accessories back in the early 2000's. None have surfaced since.

Here are some pics showing the cut-out for the cleaning rod, the cam lock attachment, the visible stampings, and the ladder for 25, 50, 75, and 100 meter (or is it 'metres' ?) launching sight. And while I was waiting for the launcher to ship, an original sling and oiler became available, so I took the opportunity to deck out one of my Romanians with full-on accessories.

It's one of my 1958's. I figured that I would put the launcher on a duplicate, though it will fit on the other '58, '59 or '60. I'm still looking for the '57 to fill out the entire line.

They won't let us have that grande thing on here. They weld some piece of junk on it and then it is legal to sell in Calif.
