This is a 1930 Tula ex dragoon that is all matching with correct Tula stock with star. The stock has a nice tiger stripe pattern on it & has the early sling escutcheons. In 1930 updates to the dragoon were started and Tula production started on them in 1931.One of the updates were the replacement of the front and rear sights and these rifles were designated the 91/30 rifle .
