Bayonet and sling information / help

Post by Ghost Rider »

Im almost done restoring my FN Modelo 1935 Peruvian Mauser, and I need a sling and bayonet for it. I have spent many hours searching for these parts but I can`t find anything specific to this rifle. Does anyone know what sling and bayonet from another rifle that would work for me on this rifle ?. I want to keep it as close to original as possible.

The bayonet from my VZ24 fits this rifle, but I don`t want to use it because its not in the best condition and it has Czech markings on it.
I won`t be wronged. I won`t be insulted. I won`t be laid a hand on. I don`t do these things to other people, and I require the same from them.

You could try Numrich Arms, they might have a bayonet to fit it, and a sling, or keep searching Ebay and Gunbroker for someone to list one, it could take days or years.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
