The Russian Mosin Nagant Forum

I want to start a thread ( hope this forum is OK, Mods move if not please)

Here's the rules. real easy what 5 guns (or up to 10 if 5 isn't enough ) would you love to own at some point, aka the Gun Bucket List. If you have some of them already please share that on your list. They can be MN, or other classic Milsurps, handguns old or new, shotguns, even black powder. Anything that fires a projectile is fine old or new.

Same problem I got, I have all the guns I ever really wanted, only the exotic stuff remains to be found. I forgot, I have a French Tabatiere, only it's been converted to shotgun by Bannerman.

Some amazing lists here ive been looking at mausers and see the Persian Mauser came up twice must be a nice one i have to check out.

any year Tula Hex and a real PU sniper. may take some time, but i will get them. 1 is easier to get than the other.

- Russian Dragoon ( or Finn marked)
- a Sharps rifle or similar in 45/70
- Springfield Trapdoor
- Swiss model 1911 rifle or carbine or both
-Ruger # 3 which might fix the Sharps thing or possibly a H&R Buffalo Rifle in a pinch- I need a 45/70!
-Colt and Remington replica bp revolvers

"the Persian Mauser came up twice must be a nice one i have to check out."

A very cool little Mauser. Liberty Tree Collectors had one but it's been sold. Empire Arms has one...if you have a thousand bucks.

My list, only one of them is a bit out of reach, the East German SKS, but one can always hope

1. No4 Mk2 Enfield
2. Polish Tokarev
3. French MAS 49
4. M39 Puolustuslaitos
5. M59 Yugoslavian SKS, or maybe an East German SKS if possible
6. another Mauser, maybe another Swede

7. Not really a firearm, but I would like to find the original French scope setup to use on one of my Mas 49/56 rifles. I gotta go play the lottery

MN1907 Carbine
Antique, non-finnedMN M-91

Yes, another Mauser. Not a Nazi Mauser, but a nice Swede, Israeli in 7.62, Persian, lots of nice Mausers to choose from, all good. A GEW88!

A sniper rifle that can reach all the way to Monterrey, CA from Oklahoma. I just need to borrow it...not looking to buy.
