Has anyone acquired an M44 from SOG recently? If so how was the quality?

I'd like to add one to my collection.

I remember my First M44 new in the paper wrap for $49 and $29 for a 440 can from SOG. loved it until I started shooting No.4 Enfields and starting hitting the target

I actually made a collage dedicated to the use by Russian troops, Its was mainly focused on artillery units and was maybe 6'x6' square of pictures. I even kept a few bottles of vodka on hand and listen to old Russian war songs. Oh I had it bad!

mm -mix matched serial numbered parts .

I just got one a couple months ago. Nice force match with usual stock dings. Mine was 1944 dated and counterbored.

Bore was worn, but like a mirror. Shoots nice. I'd buy another.

Has not SOG been out of them for awhile? Bill

They should be available at SOG..online it does not show them out of stock

That is not the telling point I am afraid, try and order one and see what happens. Bill

Better yet call them when they are open...

They had some not to long ago. I put one in the cart and it showed they had one at least.

Kinda debating buying another. Next time they might be $250+

I bought mine not too long ago really. Handpick too. Requested a blonde stock and got it.

So do they have them right now or are they back ordered? SOG is a great one for not keeping things up to date on their website. Bill

Looks like that had at least one...They took my order and charged my card.

SOG just sent me a flier in the mail.

It's awesome. It's like gun porn.

Can someone put a link to the website

I believe it is southernohiogun.com

You need a FFL and an account to see the guns though.
