RMNF Forum and it's future

With the passing of Darryl, and the future of the forum possibly unknown, I'm wanting to pass along some words.
Since I joined this forum, I've had a blast here, the members here welcomed me from day one. The knowledge shared with me on here was awesome. Made some awesome friends here, lost a few along the way, Chuck and now Darryl.
We always looked out for each other, started worrying when someone hadn't posted in awhile. Checked up on one another when we were hit by a natural disaster. Hell Chuck insisted I call him as soon as I could after Hurricane Michael slammed us so he would know we were okay and let the forum know. That tells you the type of family we became. Some forums, have too much drama, bickering and name calling, here we didn't.
We helped each other out with parts, ammo examples, bayonets, slings, you name it. Some of us would meet up at gunshows.
During this journey, we became family more than just forum members, and the losses we endured along the way hit us harder. Trust me I say that when/if the time comes that the RMNF must end, I will truly miss all of yall, and that my life is richer for having known a lot of yall.
Yall are family and I'll miss the friendly banter along with learning something new everyday from those that are way more educated on milsurps than me and have been collecting them long before I even graduated high school. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and passion with me, it fueled my passion for milsurps and drove me to learn all I could.
