Hello all, I have a 1942 Tula 91/30, now when looking at the barrel shank I see the general things one would see like refurbishment and proof stamps. However on the left of the shank there seems to be clear stamps of numbers that to me read out as 2603. I personally am stumped on what they could be. I have attached the images below. All help is appreciated, thank you.
