I think that the whole site is a scam. Look at the payment methods. Also, I looked up the business address and found out that it was an empty building that is currently on the market.

I copied and pasted their phone number that was listed on the website and one of the results was to a Mushroom Shop. Another website with the same number was Premium Firearm and they actually have a Mosin M44 for $350

It brings nothing, but profits, if they are posting from China. Besides that, they won't be violating any Federal Firearms laws because they won't be shipping any firearms. It is just a shame that outfits like this can survive long-term on the internet trolling for victims.

It is if you use offer the postal service or the sale across state line. Even if the "deal" is a sham, the "potential sale" is across state line (most likly). That is a Fed crime just to pretend to sell a firearm across state lines.

People fall for that stupid crap all the time.
You never Cash App or Venmo for a gun or any other product because there is no guarantee they will actually send you the item. Even PayPal has better protections than those apps. You want a middleman who will reimburse your money then send their goon squad after the guy if he stiffs you.
