The original stock was chopped to a sporter.
The magazine assembly was missing and a homemade trigger guard in place making it a single shot. They did a very nice trigger job though. Luckily that's as far as they got.
The receiver and barrel are excellent.
Only proper stock in nice shape I could find was $500
However, a nice member on another forum gave me a good 91/30 stock. I had just finished cleaning it up when a nice customer at work gave me a Very nice 91/30 stock. I stripped it down and refinished it. The receiver and barrel fit perfect.
Found a clean magazine assembly and all other parts needed from other forum members and online. Still need a cleaning rod.
So far I have only shot it at 50yds with Red Army.
