New here and I would appreciate any help in identifying this item. This came with Mosin sniper rifle does anyone know what it says or indicates? I would think it's some kind of inspection sheet.

I tried putting Google Translate camera on your photo, but it only would translate some of it. It appears to be the passport for the optic which contains technical data about the scope itself and at the bottom an acceptance certificate for scope as it is mounted. Best I can do; I don't even own a Mosin-Nagant sniper, so maybe another forum member can give you more detail.
Edit: In item 2; Certificate of Acceptance: "The sight for 4 3/987 was manufactured and accepted by the design and technological document recognized as fit for operation. The sight is mounted on 7.62 mm sniper example 1891/30 serial XF1662."

When I got my sniper, I had that paper pegged as marketing. Something akin to a "Certificate of authenticity" from Mitchell's Mausers. I believe that I tossed it.
Speaking of MM, did they finally run out of guns to butcher? Has Dishonest Don done gone bye-bye? I was still hoping to get one of the ten rifles that had been assigned to Hitler on his 45th birthday, along with the famous, with the infamous Certificate of Authenticity.
