Bought a thing this past week and realized I should of bought one back in Jan/Feb when they were still under 1,000 but hey for a 1,075 I can live with it at that price.

I am more familiar with the SLR95, the milled receiver AK that was imported in the 90's, I didn't know they had started offering the AKM. The Bulgarian imports were the Cadillac of AK's, just so nicely made. Bit more expensive than I recall them being in the 90's, but they weren't cheap then either.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

They still import the milled variants just called the Sam7R but yes their still considered the Cadillac of AK's they also have the SLR 104 which is the 5.45 variant no word if they will be importing it again though and just revealed the AK20 this year basically modernized AK. Kalashnikov US is bringing a 103 variant out and PSA also is bringing out more and more AK's. And yes this is Bulgarian also if you can't tell by the name. Made at JSC Arsenal AD which I believe is the old Circle 10 factory?

You got it at a decent price. Those 107R's are only going up in value.

It's a Bulgarian receiver, right? I have an Arsenal build SGL21-61 an it is an excellent rifle. Those folks in Las Vegas know how to put them together.

Your correct it is Bulgarian and assembled in Bulgaria. Only the Furniture is American with the furniture being US made to comply with 922r.
