It is put out by Calguns.net. It is not put out by the state of California.

It was made to make sure you stay out of trouble if you build a AR15 or AK47, or any semi. I've used it many times.

Very useful chart.

Just remember, the laws in NJ and New York are a little worse then in Calif right now. But, give us time!

Yes, I was recently shown a NYS compliant AR15 by a kid I know. He built it himself from a kit with only the receiver coming from an FFL. The thing looked like shit. No way I would own such a thing in a world were M1's exist.

All my kids and grandkids live in Californication and they try their hardest tho make owning any firearm as difficult as possible especially assault firearms.
