M91-30 PU sniper

Here is my newest add to my collection. Well actually I bought 2 snipers at the same time, but lets focus on this 91-30 PU first.
My only concern is why the serial on the left side has been stamped over ? And what is this number (alien head+187) just above the year 1944r ?

What does the import mark look like, and where is it?

On the cleaning rod, what does it look like on the end (with the hole in it)?

The serial number on the side that is "lined out" is becaus the scope was changed at some point in it's life. That is the "old scope" numbers.

Either it was done in the field or brought in and done at the arsenal.

Doesn't look "re-furbished" and then re- issued. Looks like it was never re-furbished to me.

The 187 was $1.87 back when it first sold in Russia. It looks lazer etched is it ? Could be a Romanian number.

Saw it posted on GB, the lions head &187 is a Finnish import proof stamp., (January 1987) This rifle is over in the UK his and has all legit parts and looks like a well used sniper that the Russians surplused out and see nothing to lead me to believe its not legit.
