military unit designation?

This is on the bottom of a pair of lightweight Wollensak binoculars from the WWII era. While not military issue, these were favored by pilots who were trying to save every ounce. I have a pair that is identified to an Army Air Corps General who was the CO of the Army Air at Pearl Harbor a couple of years before the attack, but this is not they.

I have searched this every way I can think of and come up blank. C&C of S F 26-094.
Command and Control? City and County of San Francisco? Pair # 26 of 94?
