My other passion
My other collecting hobby is tools. It seems over the years a herd of tools have followed me home tools for woodworking, blacksmithing, coopering and logging etc.Not only are they collectables but great users. I am always open to talk old tools.

You should make pictures
of the 5 most odd tools you have and play "stump the forum", we will guess as to what they are.

Re: My other passion
Oh yea, tools, tools, and more tools. I have a barn full, mostly auto related, but some just because they are cool. Just bought a Kennedy 40's era medium size machinist chest today, haven't even cleaned it up yet. Only tools inside are some Allen keys. I have everything from a Model T Ford rim spreader, to wrenches in the 2" range. I use my tools, mess with a lot of old cars and machinery. Going to buy more old tools at the flea market tomorrow if it doesn't rain us out. I used to buy old guns at the flea markets, now that there are no more guns at the flea markets here I buy tools. SK, EASCO, vintage ( before China) Craftsman, Plomb-Proto, Snap-On, Mac ( vintage USA), Matco ( vintage USA) Wright, William's ( vintage USA), Indestro, and so on,
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
