advices for mosin nagant sniper

hello,
I would like buy a mosin nagant sniper. but I need some advices.
I have only one picture of the gun (sorry). The picture comes from shop gun.

In the shop gun, I have seen on the mosin nagant sniper: domed screws, date of 1943, short adjustment knob screw, no spacer ring on the scope, electro penciled serial numbers on the scope, modern sentence on the mosin "MADE IN RUSSIA".
I don't remember other details.
If you can give me some advices.
The price is : 660 euros.
I made offer 500 euros but seller refused it. He told me possible to buy it for 550 euros.
