My best one.

Post by steelbuttplate »

This is a $95 , 90's gun show Tula refurb, Steve mentioned them yesterday in a post. If I had to choose just one SKS, for whatever, this would be it. A little more solid, a little better shooter, a lot purtier than the rest. :vcool:

Mine's a 1950, found it in '96 for about that price, fired it once or twice in the last 22 years.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.

I have one nice Ruskie, and one unmatching, but I had to pay $325.00 for the nice one, abut two years ago, and was glad to get it at that price. Solid stock and my birth year. Truth be known, I don't think that it is a better rifle than the Norinco I own.

I got mine for $350, from the guy that got it at the gunshow. They are $600 and up on GB now.
