55 chevy

Post by dou44 »

I took it to the tri 5 nationals in august and had a blast with it. there were around 2500 , 55-57 cars and trucks there, I just found a picture of it on another car forum that someone took of it while we were driving it in. we had a lot of people asking if it was the original movie car. i also had a lady from one of the car magazines take a lot of pictures of it and she said it might get put in some time this year if her editors like it.

Seems like there's millions of 57's. I like the 55-56's best. Very cool :vcool:

“Freedom is the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.” George Orwell, English novelist, essayist, and critic, 1903-1950

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

American Graffiti with Harrison Ford as Bob Falfa. Love the movie, love the cars, and love the music!
