MN bore size

Aloha,
I finally was able to slug my bore for my 1942 round 91/30 and it came out to 0.313". I always found that .312 bullets were more accurate than .311 so this makes sense. My friend suggested that it's unusual for MN to have a bore larger than .311 and my rifle bore has increased from repeated use, but that doesn't sound right.

My next question is where could I find jacketed .313 bullets? Hornady is the only manufacturer I've found that sells the .312 jacketed bullets. Beartooth Bullets does make up to .314 cast but I already ordered the .312 variant.
