The Russian Mosin Nagant Forum

Well after searching for a while and not having much luck I finally located something that I've been wanting to add to my collection for a while now, a M1895 nagant revolver....it's a 1941 Tula that looks like brand new almost, putting a down payment on it and probably will take about 6 weeks to pay it off comfortably without breaking the bank all at once, comes with holster, leather lanyard and cleaning rod. Will post pics when I get it.

It's a different kinda contraption. For unloading, the pushrod tension is adjustable, mess with it and you can move it exactly where its needed. They are neat little things, w/holsterand all it's a good piece to put in a backpack, suitcase, a loaded gun and 14 rounds to reload it.. Yes, they are 7 shooters. The surplus ammo feels 35% more powerful than the PPU.

You should see me doing a "tactical reload" you could time me on a calendar rather than a stopwatch.

I had a screensaver that was a young Russian w/ PPS 41, 3 US hand grenades , 2 potatoe mashers, 2 Russian grenades and 2 Nagants, one in Holster and one stuck in his belt..........That's known as a "Russian Speedloader"

It's on here in the Historic photo forum or somewhere. Administration will read this and find the pic in about 5 sec.

This one looks new, nothing out of the ordinary that I know of, but the revolver and accessories is gonna set me back $375 shipped.

I believe the "pineapple" grenades are actually Soviet F-1 anti-personnel grenades. I am suspicious that the kid's head is stuck into a photographer's facade. Look at the length of the left sleeve and the details around the neck.

Yes I was guessing bout grenades and from memory. I don't look photoshoped to me, looks like he's pissed having to pause for a pic and wants to go kill Germans.

Yikes I guess the $99 days are long gone. One locally for $225 but the import mark is right over the year and Arsenal. I had one like that and couldn't stand it. Sold it but still have 3 others.

Yeah I saw some about 6/8 months ago for about $300 but wasn't ready then...my wife's gonna kill me eventually, I still have the Chinese Mauser coming, now another T53 then the revolver, and to top that off a 1911 Italian captured M95 Style carbine in about 4 weeks or so, I guess I'll have to use my old philosophy that it's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission!

For truck gun 1895 Nagant revolver I prefer Soviet military ammo. Hotter than other ammo I have tried. God Bless America Pro Libertate Patria.
