Alexander Hamilton, Federalist Papers #29: ...if circumstances should at any time oblige the government to form an army of any magnitude that army can never be formidable to the liberties of the people while there is a large body of citizens, little, if at all, inferior to them in discipline and the use of arms, who stand ready to defend their own rights and those of their fellow-citizens.

Come on up to Kanada. We have pallet loads of it. I bought 3000 rnds the other day in Cabela's in Regina. I'll re-sell it in small packages at gun shows.Witchdoctor wrote:Anyone know of any bulk surplus 762x39 Ammo available anywhere ?

Check J&G, and classic firearms, one should have Yugo 40 rd boxes on strippers, bout 25ct. round. A little corrosive but can't get better ammo and you get the best clips there are.......240 rd battle packs I think.

Re: Surplus 762x39
It is Commercial ammo.... And it's cost is around 25¢ per round. Buying Surplus in bulk runs over .30¢ per round and can be corrosive as well.spongemonkey wrote:Thats not surplus ammo, it is commercial ammo.Rongo wrote:Wallyworld has Tulammo in 40rnd boxes for $9.97...
If your looking for 7.62x39 to blast away at the range the .25¢ per rnd Commercial Ammo has it's merits.

Yeah the 40 round commercial boxes seem like a good deal to me. For shooting and storing away.
