Ver Ver Nice, congrats you scored a highly collectible rifle.

Nice to see one out in the wild. The shop I work at has one hanging from the ceiling.

Very cool. Never had my greasy paws on one of these before - only seen pictures. You are fortunate to have one.

Very nice [emoji7]

I've held a couple, worked on several M95's in the more common calibers, they are a good gun, and for me, the Holy Grail of 7.62x54R rifles, even more so than the Finn M27, M28, and 28/30.

Thanks for posting it!

Barrel/bore in good shape after hard service life:

That would be a rifle I wish I had.
Thanks for sharing.

Here are two photos of Russian troops armed with these rifles; note soldier on left in first photo loading rifle with 5-round stripper clip:

Nice to see an original one that hasn't been sportered. I find them all over the place but bubba got his hands on them usually.

Per Cody Firearms Records WINCHESTER MODEL 1895 - SERIAL NUMBER 283932 applied on May 20, 1916.
