PSL trigger.

Post by websterz »

If you have a PSL you know the trigger sucks. Tons of creep and gritty as 80 grit sandpaper. I have had an AK build sitting around for way too long, and in the box was a brand new Tapco G2 double hook trigger. It took me ten minutes to file out a notch in the receiver to clear the second hook. That is all you need to modify, then the new trigger and hammer are a drop in fit. It's like a whole different gun now. I have maybe 1/8" of take up and a nice clean break. I can't wait to get it out to the 300 yard range and ring some steel!!

My AK has a G2 trigger. For all the crap that Tapco gets (some justified), the G2 is a great trigger! Hopefully one of these days I can find a PSL.

I have a G2 in my AMD-65, they are way better than the stock one. I had to put a notch in also, the Dremel was much quicker.
