M44 and spam can

I asked this elswhere but what do you guys think? Guy at work wants to sell his M44 and one unopened spam can for $300. Dont need it but should I pass it up or is it too good a deal? Gun is in very good condition and bubba hasnt gotten a hold of it.

If you 've got the balls, offer him $275. This is called finagalin. If he rejects, then give him the $300.....

If someone walked in and made me that offer it would be mine already so long as he hadn't done something to crap up the rifle .

Thanks for the advice. Looks like a done deal. Might as well try the $275. ;)
