Trying to understand some of these proof marks . It appears this is stamped three times SA, could this be possible that it was recaptured by the Russians it and then re-captured by the FInns again?

The SA is a Finn army stamp showing ownership, not a capture stamp. Probably somone had a light strike and tried again a time or two. Nice tobsee a Finn Remington. They seem to be a lot less plentiful than Finn Westinghouse rifles.
