It'd be cool to find out what the Mosin population is here on the forum. I thought we could try it this way...

Im blown away buy some of the guys that have them well into the double digits and beyond 50 + wow that's to cool that has to be quite a sight in ones gun safe room??? I'm jelous

I been at it a long time Ron, shit adds up after awhile, it's easy keeping count of the rifles I collected by date, but I get lost once I try to add up the MO rifles DDR rifles, extra dates I bought "just because" 1930-1940 Tula and Izhevsk, thats 22 rifles right there, I skipped the '41 Tula, but 1941-1944 adds seven more, then all the ex dragoon years, and I have doubles of most of them. and so on. The final figure is probably closer to 130 counting even the parts bubba M91, and all the type 53's. It's called Mosinitis, don't worry, you will get there Of course it remains to be seen what will happen once SWMBO realizes just how many Mosins were sneaked by her That reminds me, I need to get my funeral suit pressed.

Everyone on this page started with one Mosin, they have a habit of multiplying as you will soon find out
