Is a non-matching, Long Branch, Enfield, with bayonet and scabbard worth $250.00 plus tax, tag and title? Bore is excellent, wood is typical of ex-military rifles with dings and dents.

Matching and an early import with the small mark would be a better deal , but yes I think it is fair. The prices seem to have come down a bit on these as reasonably priced ammo is tough to find these days.

I think I would go that for one considering the prices today. I looked at a No4 MKI this past week end and it had a decent barrel and a pretty dirty finish no bayonet and they want $395 for that. So ya I think so.

Low ballpark figure for one of these today.

I would swipe that up for $250

The bayonets are usually around $10 IIRC so that's just an added bonus.

The Canadian Long Branch Enfields are one of the best made of the #4 MkI series. $250.00USD is a heck of a good deal even if non-matching!
