M28/30 no date stamp with early production single Sako Gearwheel Logo stamped low near receiver. Early Mansner rear sight with separate serial number & Sako Logo. Serial number was dropped from the rear sight in 1935 indicating early trials production. The serial number 100,047 falls into the Official Production Version for Civilian Purchase range between 100,000-102,000, but is lacking the proper Riihimaki stamping. Oddly; a second set of numbers are located on opposite side of barrel shank. A unique example of early M28/30 production with very few if any like it.
GOOD RIDDANCE LGR!! If there isn't a gun range in heaven, then I'm going to hell.
Germans who wish to use firearms should join the SS or the SA - ordinary citizens don't need guns, as their having guns doesn't serve the State. Heinrich Himmler
