Any idea what "CKO" means? This is not an ex-sniper.

It's an unknown mark like the MO or CAO marks.

Another little mystery that will likely never be solved in our lifetimes. The Russians do not enlighten us.

Two weeks ago Cabala's had one 1942 CKO out of 72 guns. I was wondering what it meant too. They also had two ex snipers, three Tula's and three Hex guns total. One was a 1930 but the stocks were so beat up I don't think the $169 was worth it for me.

That store seems to run in cycles. Lately, it's been a down-cycle. Jacking up prices and offering '42-'43 Izhevsks in damaged stocks is no way to move product. But it's "take it or leave it." I'm leaving it.

Sometimes I think that they are just down to the dregs, and/or the good ones are being skimmed off.

They are mostly all Molot rifles too. Mixmasters seem to abound in them. Bill
