One of the hardest to find DDR stamped Mosin rifle variations to find is the DDR /1\ ( Deutsche Demokratische Republik ) M44. This one is from my collection of 1944 Mosin Nagants and is a true mix master in every sense of the word. The bolt, mag, and butt plate are all EP'ed to match the reciever. The stock is a late war Izhevsk M44 stock that has been sanded but recieved a rather nice shellac finish, not on of the typical slop jobs you see so many of.
