Question about lubing brass

I am going to attempt to reload using a Lee loader for my Mosin 91-30...I have some Priv Partizan brass that I shot and am going to use .308 Hornady FMJBT.
The question is, when lubing the cases do I also lube inside the neck or avoid getting lube inside? I have seen people doing it both ways on you tube videos.

Go easy on the lube, you can put some on the inside of the neck, this will probably be of most use if you are shooting cast bullets. Jacketed bullets are copper covered, the case is brass, there should be no real need for lube on the inside of the neck. If you do use some, use very little.

If you are using a press, and a full length resizing die, you need a little bit inside the neck to help ease the expander ball through. With the Lee loader (which IIRC just neck sizes the cases), I don't think you need it in there.

What millman said. The lee loader doesn't need the lube, the press does.

Whatever you do make sure the lube is off the outside of your finished rounds. The last thing you want is a case with lube on it in your chamber. It will increase pressure against the bolt face as the expanding case (at moment of firing) will not grip the sides of the chamber but direct all pressure towards the bolt head.
