Is that asshole an actual native American? Down here walking around like that if he isn't would get him in deep shit. Or is he just in a Halloween gay pride parade as one of the Village People?

I vote for the second option although he does have a wife and kids. Probably window dressing (a Canadian Tom Cruise wannabe).
