Rongo wrote:Very impressive... And good luck finding anything like this on today's collectors market. My first thought after seeing this is how did you find this rifle, was it still configured as a sniper and how did you manage to find nearly correct parts to complete it?

I sense an interesting story of an amazing journey here... Please share with us in the showcase so we can enjoy it too. 8-) 8-)

Thank you for sharing this with us... And I agree with everyone else; Yes for submission. :thumbsup:
Well it all started on my recent trip to the Crimea when I stumbled into bunker in the port city of Sevastopol......... :chuckles:

Awh who am I trying to kid, :soapbox: found this one on the GB trader one Saturday afternoon, about 5 minutes after it was posted. I wanted it but had just spent some serious coin on another sniper scope ( which is still in transit) and the boat insurance renewal, which meant my Fun Funds where a little low. Well the wife walks into my man cave, see's it on the computer and asks " how much ? " well after telling her the price she asked " and you haven't said "I'll take it" and that is the story on this gem,..................

THE WIFE Made me do it ! :pointleft:

OR AT LEAST THATS MY STORY AND I'm STICKING TO IT ! :music2.gif:

I remember a while back that your collection cost you a new Mustang for the wife. Buick just came out with a new convertible model just in case you need something.

It was a new Camaro and as of December it was 4 years old with a whooping 2,300 miles on it. :facepalm1:

Thanks everyone, collecting sniper rifles is becoming a real habit for me, but one I do enjoy.

Stay tuned I may have another MN sniper in the not to distant future, and this one is not one easily found. ;mywink;
