Here in New York we have a lot of newer housing developments like that, if I started shooting in the middle of one like that every law enforcement officer within 40 miles would be converging on my location after 200 911 calls came in the instant someone caught site of me never mind the first shot. Since 9/11 you can add homeland security and DEP air pa trolls as well, I would be 157 years old before I got out of the joint. Here we have to be 1000 feet from a property line containing an occupied dwelling, 1000 feet from any water source, roadway, foot, or bike path, public park, and so on. As for the asshole neighbor who probably just comes up on the weekend to check his indoor marijuana farm, he would only be a problem once.

There is no house to the left side...it may be the best way.i could even stan in my normal yard far from it...ill try to figure something out also...im in the country...and we called the sheriff today on him..and the didnt seem to mind about my shooting..or even him shooting in the air...
