A Spam can full of change cashed in

Post by JTheBigJay »

A Rossi 12/.17. matched pair. Single shot single action hammer. NICE.

The guy worked a sports store 4 years ago and bought it on sale and has had it tucked away untill this wekeend. Never shot it or unwrapped it. The whole thing was still wrapped in grease and the OEM bubble wrap. Very cool.

Not too bad for some spare change over the last month or so.

My son can't wait to get it out in open next weekend. Its just short enough for him to handle.

The pics are after we spent some time cleaning the grease off and a teaching session on the safty. :)

Nice rifle :) I keep a sock full of change, every month or so I turn it in for forty or fifty bucks, and that becomes flea market money :)
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

Hell, with a sock full of change you can knock a man out and take his wallet. You might be able to get more then $50 that way. LOL..

Busting rock? Is that some new slang term for smoking crystal Meth? I am not always up to date on these things, I have to watch "Breaking Bad" more often. :)

C'mon JYD, "busting Rocks" was what prisoners did before "physical labor" was considered "cruel and unusual" you got a sledge hammer and a bunch of big rocks and got to "make" little rocks. might take a few years but you were not going anywhere.
Damn, I'll bet that's going to leave a mark! Probably hurt too!

Down south and out west maybe, but here in NY that wasn't the way, prisoners here were stuffed into some of the darkest, dampest, oldest hellhole prisons in the nation, Greenhaven, Sing sing, Dannemora, just to name a few, and there they rotted with the rats until they died or did their time.
