At my age I'm not going to learn a new language...but I might try one of those Russian, German or Finnish mail order brides. They could read it to me.

Go for the Finnish, then you could have a: blonde, brunette or red head. Or a German...well, there are red headed Russians. Hmmm? Better go ahead and order 9.

Do you read German jloop10? Cool, otherwise you will be restricted to just looking at the pictures, or paying someone to translate.

Nope, dont read German but I do a great job staring at pictures :o)

My cousin lives in Germany, I'm sure I can bribe her to help me translate some pages. I really wanted the book for reference and pictures. I can always translate using software and such...

I don't know, can you swear properly in German? I learned some interesting words from a Swiss neighbor when I was a boy :)

I must warn you; Finnish women commonly do not shave legs or underarms, or use deoderant.

Karl used to be a member of this forum and had a special section called "Mosin of the Week" or some such, where he posted pictures of rifles from his extensive collection. Most of us back in "the old days" knew of his books.

His collection is the envy of all the free world, the Russians probably don;t have one as nice or as extensive.
