Or someone let the bolt sit in vinegar. Mentioned as a warning for what one should look for, should they be looking for a Finn captured one.

Yes it has :D
Working out some bugs now, but it was shooting 2" groups at 100Y  They were just too far right to move the rear sight over any more :vsad:

Shooting? I am not doing that much shooting here, hard to shoot while laying face down on the ground passed out from heat exhaustion :)

Oh man, it's been brutal the last couple days. Air so thick you could shoot it with a bullet.

The bullet would travel about 20 yards and fall to the ground from the moisture resistance in the air :)

2" groups :beek: SWEEEET, Maybe it was made for shooting around the corners? That sounds like a hell of a weapon. They look great and if they shoot that good then i will have to find the $200 version  Ground squirrel armageddon.  (is that what they make :spam2: out of?)

Yeah, sweet groups... and it just went into the box to send it back :vsad:
The barrel was over timed. In other words, it was screwed onto the receiver a hair to far, but just enough to throw the front sight and gas assembly off kilter. And that's why I could not bring my groups any further over. A common problem in these put togethers I read.
The seller is paying shipping and going to retime it. The one I bought was his "safe queen" and he didn't check it out thoroughly he said. At least he's stand up. One of the good sellers on GB. The bad news is I won't have it and I already told you how brutal it was waiting for it the first time. Do we have a smiley of a man crying? :b sad: :b sad: :b sad:
