Gunbroker.com supplied me with many very nice M44's, if you don't have your own FFL you can still have your local gunshop run the transfer for you ( for a fee)

Well today I stopped looking for an M44. I was making my rounds of the local pawn shops and found a different carbine. Picked up (actually laid away) a yugo sis in super shape so I now have a carbine.

A good SIS is a good addition to a collection but not the same as a M44. Now you will find that elusive M44 cause your funds are tied up in a SIS

You have a SKS carbine, but not a Mosin carbine, not the same thing.

Or these maybe? Same M38s but a different pic. These are the ones that were out scheduled for wipe down. I have some others somewhere.

That one is a Swiss K31 Pops. It was in a pic with a M91/59 and it is a carbine so i left it in there. In the other pics there is a M95 steyr and a carcano M91TS cause i was wiping down the carbine side that day.
