M1 Conversion Kit!

Post by kommie178 »

I was browsing about the internet for Ruger 10 22 stocks and stumbled across an m1 carbine conversion including sites! Anyone here have any experience with them at all? Looks really neat!

I like that.
“Freedom is the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.” George Orwell, English novelist, essayist, and critic, 1903-1950

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Pretty nifty. I like the way .22s are being made to resemble large caliber weapons. I even saw an AK-47 .22 yesterday browing for something.

The largest .22 I have is a Lithgow Enfield trainer. It's the full size rifle with a full size barrel blank drilled to .22, a bull barrel as we would call it today. I have seen the kits, they have a number of such things out for the 10/22, one that makes it look like a MG42 comes to mind :)

Yeah, I was looking at that little archangel kit for the 10/22. that looks like a lotta fun too! (and cheaper than a $1200 AR-15)
It's all fun and games till' someone gets hurt... then it's hillarious!

The stocks are nice but I have been looking for a set of military type sights for my 10/22...found them, thanks.

Another M1 Carbine clone, but the first I have seen in .22, cool.
