There is some cheaper Pakistani surplus packaged in 32 round boxes out there but stay away from it. It is unreliable at best. Sometimes it fires and somtimes it won't. And..sometimes there is a 10 second delay from the time the pin hits the primer and when it will fire, it's called "click-bang".

Where in this crazy world are you still finding POF for sale? the projectiles are good pulls and the brass is great(if you reload Berdan) but the primer and spaghetti noodles inside are horrible and extremely corrosive.

I second Aim's Prvi, best price on the net and much more accurate then any incorrectly spec'd domestic offerings.

I also strongly recommend AIM. Shipping cost goes down per round the more you buy. Good & cheap ammo & you can re-load the brass again & again.

.303 Brit? Try Gun-Deals

As stated above, AIM is looking like the best deal.

If you don't mind soft point SGAmmo has it for 64.7 cents a round if you buy 20rds at $12.95 and $12.00 shipping. That's $1.30 a round shipped. It's 63.8 cents a round if you buy 200rds at $127.50 and the shipping is still only $12.00. That's 69.8 cents a round including shipping. http://www.sgammo.com/product/prvi-part ... ammunition

If you're going for accuracy with the bonus of reloading, Prvi got em all beat. Don't forget to O-ring fire-form(creates a true shoulder) and neck size only. You'll be amazed at what the loose chambered obsolete Lee enfield can do with a little work on your end!

Do your best to avoid domestic loadings such as Rem and Win, they ignored researching the .303 British chamber specifications and assumed they were the same as those tight American sporting chambers. The rims are too thin making the ignorant smith get a "excessive" headspace reading, the webbing is to thin and may even separate the very first firing and the shoulder is too thin resulting in splits. I've had Prvi brass last 15 reloads and that is unheard of in the American brass realm. Reloading .303 is different than .270 or 06 and can be more fun.

I used the link Fred provided above and this just one a couple days ago http://www.ammoengine.com/find/ammo/.303_British
I ended up ordering two calibers from Aim and two from Palmetto State Armory. I got the 303 Brit from Aim, but I didn't like their $14 shipping. Not when they are one state over and Palmetto was charging just 9 bucks and is a lot further away, but it is what it is. It beats the usual $25 per box at the shops.

I thought I was the only one with a large supply of POF on hand :) It shoots, but the hard primers work best in the rifles with the tightest headspace as these also tend to have the strongest firing pin strike. On rifles with moderate headspace ( in other words normal) you get that wonderful click..BOOM slight hangfire. I haven't bought .303 in a decade, and don't plan to, I have almost everything I need to reload it, just need to buy some bullets, or cast them.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.
