WTF Now.....!
WTF Now.....!
I have an last minute scheduled appointment with my Urologist tomorrow, unless the issue warrants me going to the ER tonight. Other than the symptoms I'm having, which started at around 1500 today, I don't know what the Hell is going on or why.
The last time this happened I was diagnosed with bladder cancer, but my Sept 2021 scoping came back clear, and we went to a two year schedule.
So here's hoping for a good prognosis tomorrow and some answers.....Without having to be admitted to the hospital. So wish me luck!

Fuck, who or what did you piss of in some previous life? Good luck at the Doc, I hope it's nothing but old age and vapors.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

Short version.....
Woke up yesterday morning (Tuesday), had blood in my urine, but didn't know it at the time. Started out dark (Determined later it was old blood), then at 1500 discovered it was blood and was between medium and light pink, then made the connection with the earlier one being dark.
Today again dark, then nothing for a while, then back to pink, then back to dark due to a longer break between bathroom breaks.
Doctor today confirmed it is blood. Sceduled me for a bladder scoping, and CT scans. They are concerned to a point, and with me being on a blood thinner complicates the matter. But not to the point I need to be hospitalized. I need to continue to monitor it, and if it get worse IE redder in color, running a fever, severe pain, etc go the ER.
So right now I'm passing blood, but no explanation as to why.

Re: WTF Now.....!
Wishing you all the best.
Re: WTF Now.....!
is there anything from the new paint, plaster, roofing, gun oil (remember you just handled and cleaned them all) that might be setting you off....?
Re: WTF Now.....!
Started Monday Morning Quarterbacking this issue this morning and came up with a possibility. First signs were Tuesday morning, Monday night I picked up a 5 gallon bucket full of hardened cement (About 65 lbs) and dropped it in our garbage can. I might have torn something doing that, I know that I did pull a groin muscle.
Right now, I'm not passing blood, and haven't all day. But I'll do all the tests and wait to see what the results are to either rule out something worse or something easy.

Re: WTF Now.....!
You wait for me to move a 65 pound bucket of anything you would be waiting for eternity. That fucker will sit there and rot into the ground before I lift it. Are there kids willing to do actual work for money anymore? Not around here that's for sure.

Re: WTF Now.....!
If I put a 65 lb bucket of dried concrete in the garbage, they would not take it!
Hell, I'm not sure I could lift 65 lbs anymore! (just kidding, I can).

Re: WTF Now.....!
My oldest son corrected me and said the bucket was probably in the 100 pound range. Then wanted to know why his brother didn't do it....Well he wasn't home! He responded with, Dad there is this thing called a cell phone dad, call his ass and tell him while he's out whoring around to swing by and put it in the trash. Problem solved!
I think our issue is we are so use to watching over our elderly neighbor's, 70s and 80s, we forget we are getting older. Plus with my health issues, it makes doing somethings harder now. Some people age gracefully, like my wife, some us age like we tripped into a medical dictionary.....Uh like me!

Re: WTF Now.....!
The city has gotten bad about picking stuff up, along with the garage companies.
If it's not in the trash can, the garbage company won't touch it.
If it's not lawn debris, furniture etc the city won't touch it. About a year after the storm, the city refused to pick up wood, windows, doors etc, they considered them construction debris. So I cut up what ever wood I have and put it in the trash can. Hell I broke all the glass out of a window, and cut the frame up so I could fit it in the trash can. So the city refused to pick up the bucket, so in the trash can it went, under bags of trash, the arm comes out picks up the can and dumps it in the truck, and off it goes. The truck only has a driver......

Re: WTF Now.....!
I grease his palm and our garbage guy would pick up nuclear waste. He got a C note at Christmas and he was dumping our dumpster without us even asking him to do it for at least six months. At that point we got a call from the trash company rep asking if we still needed a dumpster as we hadn't called for a collection in so long a time. We had to slip our guy a twenty to leave it for a bit so we could call in a legit pickup. We loaded the fuck out of that dumpster during that six months, even tires. Nothing like having trash and no way to get rid of it, always take good care of your trash guy.

Greasing the palms is typical in NY. Out here, they "EXPECT IT" and thing it is their right.Junk Yard Dog wrote: ↑Fri Sep 02, 2022 4:36 pm I grease his palm and our garbage guy would pick up nuclear waste. Lucky me, when I used to work, we had a huge dumpster that was picked up once a week.
And a paper dumpster that was picked up one every two weeks.
I'd just take my "stuff" to work.

Oh hell, in my last unit we had Officers, I'm talking Lt Colonels here, that were so tight with their money, they brought their trash and yard debris to work with them, and dumped it in the dumpster behind our shop.Darryl wrote: ↑Fri Sep 02, 2022 5:14 pmGreasing the palms is typical in NY. There might be a market for old tires, folks are using them for the back wall in their earth homes, earth ships, whatever you call them. Not around this area there isn't, we store more than 900 and we get hit with fines from DEC for creating a mosquito breeding ground. Seems they will not breed in lesser numbers of tires. we call for a pickup when the number reaches 500.steelbuttplate wrote: ↑Sun Sep 04, 2022 1:18 pmThere might be a market for old tires, folks are using them for the back wall in their earth homes, earth ships, whatever you call them.
