Gun Rack

Post by Tula44 »

I wanted to display some of my rifles and decided to build a little gun rack, nothing too fancy but it works!

This is what it looks like now. Added some Mosin Nagant accessories to go along with the rifles.

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.

Nice little rack. What happens when you get to #300?

I made mine from MDF (white) to keep the cost down. I used Oak on the top "rack"
because I was a worried the MDF would break in use. Total cost was around $45

I changed the measurments around to use the standard MDF sizes.
No measurment is critical. If you want one less gun, subtract 4" from the width. One more add 4". Make any width you would like

Very nice! :D

Yeah these little gun racks are inexpensive to make. Mine was a little over 20 bucks.

Sometimes simple is the best way to go, it allows you to make more with less.

Here's the ones I made, got the plans from the old 7.62x54r.net site. Hell I think a lot of us either bought racks from Ted or copied his plans and made our own.

I have a wall rack from Ted in my garage. Nice stuff, but pricey.

If you take the "OAK" out of my rack, the price drops fast.
