Hi there new to the forum, have browsed as a guest for some time but thought I'd join up and show my PU.
It's a 1944 Tula PU brought in by RGUNS, picked this up in Australia not long ago. As far as everything goes the rifle checks out. The only non matching part is the Optic / Base. But I've made sure to find a Tula base.
Took it out today for a shot and had a blast with it.

It does seem the previous owner cared for it and did not do anything silly to it which im glad !
These are hard to come by down here and most of them are faux rifles.
