Reloading find

Post by Cliff »

I bought out a fellows reloading supplies last weekend. I'm still trying to sort the stuff into what I want to keep and the stuff I'll
take to a gunshow. There was a bunch of die sets and bullets I'll never need but this cold weather is the perfect time to sort out this pile.

I'd be interested in any 40gr or less .224 bullets.

Millman, no luck on the 224 bullets. I got a few boxes of 6mm and 6.5. I kept hoping to find some Hornet stuff but no luck. I got several 358bullets and one bag of 358win brass. Most of the bullets were in the 10mm and larger sizes. If you need some 500s&w mag brass and bullets I could fix you up.

Thanks man, but I'm good on .500 S&W. I'm looking for more .22 Hornet components .

Millman, I bought some Hornady 224 with the plastic tip. These were too long for the mag on the D model savage so I took
Some fingernail clippers and puller the plastic tip. Makes a bad hollow tip. Makes for a big hole in a tin can.
