M91 Bayonet

Post by ffuries »

One of the people (Outfits) I have ordered a few bayonets and a rifle from, had a lockring bayonet listed.

So I sent an email letting him know I wanted it, this is the reply I received today....

Michael-Good to hear from you again.

Available and on the way with invoice and payment envelope enclosed. Send a check when you get it.

USPS Priority Mail tracking number "Redacted" and should be there in a few days.

Thanks and Merry Christmas to all!

Wasn't even concerned about receiving payment first, either says a lot about him, about me, or both. Awesome to see there is still trust amongst some of us! Just need to find 2 more M91 lockring bayonets and ALL my rifles will have pokie-stickie things.

All I'll be lacking is a few slings, one cleaning rod, and MAYBE the top handguard to my Finned M24 to make all my weapons 100% complete. I've even debated trying out my woodworking skills and seeing if I could make a handguard (Obviously marked as a repro).

We have had people here looking for M91 handguards, I never had any M91's that were missing them, but there is a market.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.
