I just happened to be in Scottsdale, Arizona yesterday at the Dillon Precision shop. I was there to pick up a reloading press that I’d left for refurbishment. At the counter, they had a sign that said “Pallets of primers for sale-buy one, get one free-$169.69.”
That’s pretty much the state of supply availability here. They have a backlog of orders for reloading presses and parts due to major supply chain issues.
I would like to buy a gross of those pallets. Link please.

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
I have seen people paying more for less recently. That's still cheaper than the $200 box of 25 birdshot shells.
Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.
