I found these Flobert 9mm shot shells, the rim fits my old obsolete rifle, so I figured a way to cut, resize and load a .31 pistol ball in the case. The base of these rounds had a bottleneck that won't go in my chamber without resizing. These were shooting gallery guns, the first few shots have been dead on. Imagine a big 70 grain .22 short, that's what it's like. I've got to run to the range and shoot a target.
The old rifle did pretty good, 3 on a 3" target,( last target) the two low rounds sounded like mostly primer going off.
