Well my list of parts I'm on the hunt for diminishes every month it seems. What was once what seemed like a never ending list of bayonets, slings, cleaning rods etc, is now down to 9 rifle parts and 2 LAW launch parts. The gun parts once total over 30 parts needed.
Sling for Romanian M44
Cleaning rod for Swiss M69/71 Vetterli - Lead on reproduction one.
Sling for Swiss Vetterli
Sling for Finnish M91/24
Upper/Top handguard for Finnish M91/24
Lockring Bayonet for Finnish M91/24
Lockring Bayonet for Finnish M91
Lockring Bayonet for Russian M91
Bayonet scabbard M1 Garand (10 inch)
Front sight lense for M72A3 LAW
Front cap and sling assembly for M72A3 LAW - Lead on one that's a little rough.

you have not mentioned your health is the last several posts....you must be doing well.......
Re: Parts Hunt II
I have good days and bad days. After the Afib incident back at the beginning of Feb, my heart issues have been stable.
Just finished up my stress test last week, I'll need to do my semi annual Pulmonary study, along with my labs, and have my semi annual follow-up with my Cardiologist in June. He is concerned with the way my blood pressure jumps around. I've had some pretty low pressures, reason for the stress test to check things out. He's still wanting to do a Cardio Ablation, so waiting to get scheduled for that.
I try not to dwell on it, but I know it will be what puts me in the grave. Just trying to stay one step ahead of the Grim Reaper for as long as I can.

Re: Parts Hunt II
Heart issues may get you one day, Skell with a shiv after your wallet as you exit the liquor store will get you now, worry about him.
Yes to all the parts, but they are all attached to rifles, or bayonets. Reproduction anything for the 69/71? This was my first milsurp 40 years ago, at the time nobody even knew what it was, and it was years before I found a tiny mention of it in some gun magazine. If parts were needed you spent $25 and bought another rifle, no ammo for it then, or now so they rarely needed anything. I have six, possibly seven whole 69/71's and several Bubba versions, the whole rifles look the same, so now I have forgotten the serial number of the first one. This means I must keep them all indefinitely to be sure I don't sell my first milsurp. Pretty sure all the M1905, and M1 bayonets are reproduced along with the scabbards.

Leave it as it is. The ages have been at work on it and man can only mar it.
