The AstraZeneca vaccine is available to us now up here now but I think I'll wait for the Johnson & Johnson.

It's supposed to be available by May first.

Damn, man I was down from Monday after noon till Friday morning with different symptoms.
that is a hard hit. My wife goes in Monday and she decided to go anyway.

My Son is waiting to get an appointment (he's under 50, so). I was kidding him tonight and told him, This country will have herd immunity before you get an appointment! :chuckles:

I got my first Moderna 2 days ago, it made me want to go pattern two shotguns with buckshot, and when I got back home I had a craving for smoked oysters. No other side effects :vcool:

Hi Miller,

You hardly see any one have symptoms on the 1st shot. It's the second one that some have problems.

Good to know Darryl, both Mom and I got our 2nd shots last evening and I can say that as of this morning I have zero side effects, but I haven't checked on Mom yet, a little to early to wake her up.

My Daughter, My Wife and myself all had side effects after the second shot.

Also 4 friends. I don't know anyone (close) that has not had symptoms. Sometime bad, and sometime not too bad.

Got my second "Moderna" dose this morning. Other than the typical tenderness in the injection site, I got a major headache a few hours afterwards, that I finally got rid of (Don't know if that was related or not), and a strange metallic/medicinal taste that I can't get rid of.

We'll see how I feel in the AM........
