Here's some big guns for yall.....Taken at Camp Stronghold Freedom, Karshi Khannabad, Uzbekistan sometime in May 2002.
Pic 1 Next to an AC-130H Spectre Gunship, leaning on the barrel of a 105 mm Howitzer with a 40 mm Bofors Cannon on the other side. Imagine getting to pull the triggers on those things. While i have never fired one, I have been on one during an "Orientation Flight" over a practice range and felt the aircraft shudder when those monsters went off. Talk about a rush....
Pic 2 Next to a MH-60G Pave Hawk, beside the 7.62 mm Mini-Gun. I did get to fire these in the US over a training range during an "Orientation Flight".
Scary part is, 6 months after those pictures were taken, I would be laying on the floor of an ER having just flat-lined. I would end-up flat-lining 7 times in 15 minutes, if they hadn't got my heart restarted and stabilized after that 7th one they were going to call "Time of Death"!
Big Guns.......

Rolling down 5th avenue at night. Mount your snowplow on it to keep the Antifa bodies from gooping up your radiator.Junk Yard Dog wrote: ↑Wed Sep 23, 2020 1:14 am Lucky 7's, One of those guns would look good mounted in the back of my M37![]()

I have the '69 FWD tractioneer six wheel dump with the 11' plow already on it. Problem with trying to crash massed crowds is the undercarriage gets packed up with bodys and parts, then your stuck like running a small car into deep heavy wet snow. You need something with massive tires and high ground clearance. Large rock quarry's usually can provide such a ride if you ask nicely and carry a .45steelbuttplate wrote: ↑Wed Sep 23, 2020 4:09 pmRolling down 5th avenue at night. With all vehicles, parts and such you have laying around and with your vast knowledge and experience you can build a prototype Urban TUV (Tank Utility Vehicle). I'm sure there would be a lot of Soccer Moms that would buy one.Junk Yard Dog wrote: ↑Wed Sep 23, 2020 6:45 pmI have the '69 FWD tractioneer six wheel dump with the 11' plow already on it. You can arm it out, so that during those needed grocery runs, they can shoot down the hordes trying to rob them etc......Put a wicked snarling dog as a hood ornament, just need to come up with a model name for it. Hmmm Hell Hound sounds good to me.

Murphy was an optimist.
A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an
invasion, butcher a hog, design a building, conn a ship, write a
sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the
dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve an
equation, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a
computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly.

Re: Big Guns.......
APC's are nice if it's gunfire your worried about, but they aren't designed to plow over crowds either. Wouldn't be long before the wheels would be spinning in gore and hung up on a heap of corpses. Zombie 101, ground clearance wins the day, and a massive engine to push on no matter what squishy crap is under the wheels. I am thinking Terex MT 6300AC, look it up, impressive specs, it would get the job done, and it's big enough to mount crew served weapons.
